Define a prompt which the AI will use to classify mentions into relevant and irrelevant.

Mentions classified as irrelevant will not trigger notifications.

Additionally to your prompt, the AI is fed relevant context regarding your mentions, and your listener settings like keywords, negative keywords, etc.

Remember that the AI will only classify into relevant (-> notify you) or irrelevant (-> discard). Formulate your prompt accordingly.

Example Prompts

React to negative brand mentions

Only notify me when the brand in the keyword is mentioned in a negative context, like bad experiences described by users, rants, describing competitors as better, etc.

Find opportunities to engage with potential users

Only mark mentions as important that seem like a good opportunities to talk with potential users for my product. [describe your product / business].
