2.2 Customers can create listeners to monitor specific keywords or phrases across supported platforms and receive notifications when matching content is found.

2.3 The service aggregates publicly available content from third-party platforms and does not access private or restricted content.

3. Usage Rules

3.1 Customers agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 Customers shall not use the service to harass, stalk, or target individuals, or for any purpose that violates the terms of service of the monitored platforms.

3.3 The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 The prices for subscription plans are listed on redmonitor.io.

4.2 The Customer can make payments via credit card or other payment methods offered on redmonitor.io.

4.3 Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

5. Liability

5.1 The Provider is fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

5.2 For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.

5.3 The Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of content retrieved from third-party platforms.

5.4 The Provider is not responsible for any changes to third-party platform APIs or terms of service that may affect the functionality of the service.
