Quick Start

Getting Started

1. Pick a plan if you haven't already
2. Go to the "Create New Listener" page
3. Pick a listener name (won't affect anything, just helps with organization)
4. Define a keyword to monitor - see choosing keywords for more info
5. Select which platforms to monitor from the available options
6. Configure the AI Filter with a prompt like "Only alert me for mentions that seem relevant for my business [add a short definition of your business]" - learn more in AI Filter
7. Click the create listener button

That's it! Redmonitor will start monitoring your keywords and send you relevant alerts.
